The only time I will pay priority shipping cost is when the item or items you ordered weigh over 13oz.
If your order does not weigh over 13oz and you want it shipped priority, please message me for the priority rate to your mailing address.

If you want "peace of mind", you will need to pay to have your package insured. Please send me a message from your order BEFORE paying (if paying by paypal) so I can send you an invoice with insurance added. If you opt out of having your package insured, and the post office loses your package, we are not responsible.
Again, I pay for First Class out of my own pocket and this includes a tracking/delivery confirmation #, only. If you do not opt to pay for insurance, we are not responsible for lost packages. We pay to ship priority only when your order weighs over 13 oz.
Please make sure your mailing address is current and correct on your Paypal account or when sending credit card payment via Stripe. ✝ We are not responsible for typo's or missing/wrong address information as shown on your order and payment, nor are we responsible if USPS delivers your package to a different address other than your own. If your package has not shown up and your tracking number says it was delivered, you will need to speak with your mail carrier and/or the supervisor at your local post office, as we have no way of knowing what they have done with it. Once it leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of USPS to deliver your package to the correct address. We will ship to the exact address as shown on your order and payment, unless we are contacted and told otherwise before shipping.
Shipping labels are printed directly from paypal, via the USPS. You should receive an email from Paypal/USPS with your tracking number as soon as I've printed your shipping label. If you didn't, feel free to contact me.

:: ARTY RING RETURNS: Our arty rings are true to USA sizing and we will send you the size you order. All arty rings are made as orders are received, but we will gladly allow you to exchange for a different size, if needed..
:: I am currently in the process of changing the return info. on my arty ring listings. Many arty ring listings still say no returns in the descriptions. The only arty rings that can not be returned are the ones that I only have one stone of and the genuine gemstones, and it will say so in the listing. All others can be returned, including the vintage stones.
:: RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Please contact me to let me know what size you need to exchange for.
2) I must receive the return within 8 days from the date you received. I must receive it in the same condition as it was sent to you.
3) We do not return the shipping fee you pay to return, and we deduct the original shipping fee since we shipped it paying out of our own pocket.
4) There is also a 20% restocking fee.
Once again, you WILL receive the size you order, so it is advisable to make sure you know your correct USA finger size you wish to wear your ring on.
5) There is a 20% restocking fee on all change mind, want refund, including exchange for different stone. This is due to arty rings being made as orders are received.
6) You will be required to pay the shipping fee for me to ship a new size, unless placing another order to be shipped with your exchange. We only ship for free on original and new orders, not exchanges, sizes or stones.
7) When you message me to let me know you need to exchange, we will discuss the above info.

I accept returns on most items, unless stated otherwise in description. Once I have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, I will credit the refund amount of the merchandise to your funding account. Return shipping cost, insurance, etc., to return the item or items are not reimbursed. There is a 20% restocking fee for jewelry exchanges and returns, and 20% for all shoe returns. We also do not return the shipping fee that we pay out of our own pocket to ship your items. You may also return for credit on anything else in our store.

We feel this is plenty of time for you to notice any issue with your item. We then must receive the return no more than 8 days from the day you received. We will then issue you a refund or do a exchange.
We are not responsible for issues that happen to your item once worn. Since it arrived in perfect condition, it is your responsibility to take care to make sure it stays in perfect condition.
Friendly Tip #1: We recommend keeping metal jewelry in an airtight ziplock style plastic baggie when not being worn and not to get your jewelry wet. Water, sweating excessively, and air will cause ANY metal to discolor.
Friendly Tip #2: We also recommend brushing clear nail polish on the inside of any metal jewelry that touches your skin if you are unsure how your skin will react. Of course wait until the clear polish has had a chance to dry thoroughly before wearing.
Please read our descriptions so you know exactly what it is you are purchasing, i.e: type of metal.

:: ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
I ship within the USA.... Mondays thru Saturdays, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO Military locations.
For countries outside of the USA, you'll need to use a shipping service.
For all international countries, I recommend GLOBAL EXPRESS Shipping Service and ARAMEX Shipping Service. Keep in mind, I will ship to any USA shipping service for free. You are responsible for paying the low shipping fee that the shipping service charges.
When using a shipping service, your order and method of payment must both have the same shipping service mailing address.
Your item or items would be shipped by me to the designated USA shipping service mailing address, and the shipping service will then ship your item to you.
As for what a shipping service charges, you will need to check their websites, but I've heard they are very reasonable and responsible.

All sales pay medical expenses and feed my house full of rescued animals.
Sales from my store also feed many feral cats running loose in my neighborhood and helps pay to neuter/spay them. I work closely with the SPCA and Animal Rescue doing TNR work. TNR stands for Trap - Neuter (or Spay) - Return, which is a much better alternative to euthanasia.
