• I ship for FREE, First Class or Priority, to all USA residents, depending on the weight of your package. This includes a tracking/delivery confirmation number, only. This does not include insurance or signature confirmation.
If you want "peace of mind", you will need to pay to have your package insured. Please send me a message from your order BEFORE paying (if paying by paypal) so I can send you an invoice with insurance added. If you opt out of having your package insured, and the post office loses your package, we are not responsible.
Again, I pay for First Class or Priority shipping out of my own pocket and this includes a tracking/delivery confirmation #, only. If you do not opt to pay for insurance, we are not responsible for lost packages.
• Please make sure your mailing address is current and correct on your Google checkout account or Paypal account. We are NOT responsible for typo's or missing/wrong address information as shown on your order and payment, nor are we responsible if USPS delivers your package to a different address other than your own. If your package has not shown up and your tracking number says it was delivered, you will need to speak with your mail carrier and/or the supervisor at your local post office, as we have no way of knowing what they have done with it. Once it leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of USPS to deliver your package to the correct address. We will ship to the exact address as shown on your order and payment, unless we are contacted and told otherwise before shipping. Shipping labels are printed directly from your paypal payment, via the USPS and Paypal websites. You should receive an email from Paypal/USPS with your tracking number as soon as I've printed your shipping label. If you didn't, you can sign into your paypal account and it will be included on your payment. With Google checkout orders, I manually upload your tracking number to your order and Google checkout then sends you an email with the details.
• I accept returns on most items. Once I have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, I will credit the refund amount of the merchandise to your funding account. Refunds are not given for shipping cost, insurance or delivery confirmation #'s (if you opt for those) to return the item. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and shipping costs are not reimbursed. You may also return for credit on anything else in our store.
• I must receive returns within 7 days from the date you received.
• Returns only when in original, unworn condition, box must be included.
• I do not accept returns on vintage items.
:: Additional Shipping Information:
• I ship within the USA.... Mondays thru Saturdays, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO Military locations. If you are in Canada please contact me first, because the only day I can get to the post office to ship packages to Canada are Saturdays, and I want to make sure you are aware of and OK with this. There is a shipping charge to Canada.
• For all other international countries, I recommend ARAMEX Shipping Service.
Your item or items would be shipped by me to Aramexs' shipping service USA mailing address, and the shipping service will then ship your item to you. I've heard they are very reasonable and responsible.
